Do I need to be home?

No. As long as the property is accessible and pets are secured, service can usually be completed while you are away.

What happens if it rains?

Weather can shift the route. Twin Oaks will reschedule when lawns are too wet, unsafe, or likely to be damaged by service.

Can I request the same day every week?

You may request a preferred day. Final placement depends on route availability, weather, workload, property location, and existing route commitments.

What if there is pet waste in the yard?

Pet waste should be cleared before service. Cleanup maybe available as a billed add-on, and haul-away may require an additional fee.
